Helping Victims of
Catastrophic Injuries

What is a catastrophic injury?

For almost a decade, attorney Ron Kramer has become known for handling catastrophic injury cases and getting his clients big settlements.

When people are seriously injured or killed due to someone else’s negligence, victims and their families turn to Virginia Beach Injury Law to seek justice. These injuries could be from drowning or near-drowning, boating or watercraft accidents, or automobile or motorcycle accidents.

Because of Virginia Beach’s popularity as a vacation destination, we see a huge influx of out-of-state vacationers during the spring and summer months. Tourists unfamiliar with the area and renting boats, motorcycles, jet skis and more–often combined with excessive alcohol consumption–creates a dangerous setting for both vacationers and locals alike.

Our team is experienced and dedicated to helping victims and families of victims get the most compensation possible for their injuries and their losses. Whenever insurance companies muddy the waters, we have a physician on staff to review medical records at no extra cost to you.
