Norfolk, VA – Driver Hospitalized After Multi-Car Wreck on Palmetto St

Norfolk, VA (June 14, 2022) – After an incident on Palmetto Street in Norfolk on Tuesday morning, June 14, one motorist was rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Around 8:15 a.m., officers with the Norfolk Police Department were dispatched to the 2300 block of Palmetto in the Coleman Place area. One driver was transferred to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital by ambulance. Though no more information has been revealed, footage from the area showed a construction vehicle at the scene.

An investigation into the incident is still underway at this time, and further details have not yet been made public.
